The service at this establishment is exceptional, with waitstaff who are friendly and attentive. The food is delicious and reasonably priced, making it a great option for a casual meal. Despite a minor hiccup during my visit, the overall experience was positive and I would consider returning in the future.

To Alan Shoe owner and staff. My father is under hospice care with advanced medical issues and his body was filling up with fluid due to congestive heart failure. He was asked what we could do and wanted a Birchwood Hamburg. I called them and they had two ready for me and went across the street to the Nursing home and enjoyed his hamburg, chips and a pickle. He always loved Birchwood and out of all of the things he could have he picked Birchwood Restaurant and had a few minutes of heaven. Not expecting it the owner and employees gave them to me at no charge which brought tears to my eyes as I was expecting to pay.May God bless Alan Shoe and the Birchwood restaurant for their kindness and heart they showed me and my family during our time of need. You are and always will be the Restaurant of our family as this was not expected. Bess your heart, Your friends the Richard and Herbert Miller family. thank you
