I enjoy ordering take-out from China Palace by calling ahead after browsing their menu online to select meals for the family. The food is always hot and ready when I pick it up, with a great variety of menu choices at reasonable prices, making it the best Chinese food in Midland.

this is pretty authentic Chinese food. interior of the restaurant is distinctive - similar to a San Francisco Chinatown restaurant. Good buffet, and the beef and broccoli is very good. spicy dishes are definitely "spicy", and very tasty!
