Friends and myself had lunch there Tuesday and split a steak sandwich. Was told they don't split meals and have to pay .50 extra for the plate. Told waitress the bread was soggy, very little sauce, etc. Nothing was done..

Dont be fooled by all the great ratings you see online about Krzysiak. The food is no better than your average low quality franchise and at $23.00 per person for a sub-par buffet plus the 3% credit card surcharge fee they apply without your knowledge, you ll walk out not only feeling sick from the food, but disturbed that a business would apply such a fee without informing you. I must have missed the tiny little sign in the corner stating this and the cashier struggling to make a decent wage is not going to go out of her way to verbally inform you, who can blame her? Oh wait, one more bit of advice, do not go there on a weekend and order an entree. The kitchen is so disorganized that it took my waiter 25 minutes just to inform me that the entree I had ordered was no longer available since they had run out. Then when I choose something else, it took another 40 minutes before I received it and the staff just repeated to us that the kitchen was extremely busy as an excuse. Perhaps busy making food for the buffet but the kitchen is not my problem. I am a paying customer like the guy next to me eating off the buffet so if the manager is inconfident why is that my problem ? After waiting an hour for a steak that I could prepare in 10 minutes, I asked the waiter if I could get it to go since everyone else was long done with the buffet and making comments how they did not want to wait any longer.
The waiter brings over a styrofoam container with compartments in it and hands it to me. I looked at him wondering if someone had just let him out of a mental institution because there was no way I was going to a huge steak and sides into that container so I just had enough and got up and told him I finished. The waiter ran to the manager who seemed completely unconcerned and was annoyed that he had to be summoned out of the kitchen where he was busy helping cook. Maybe that is why it took over an hour to get a steak, no one is in charge.

Love my liver dinners and I was treated on a Saturday when they had seafood and the food was Amazing! Very well pleased!

Their online menu advertises they have crab legs and frog legs. It also advertises that it is open til 9:30. We drove all the way from Port Huron because someone told us they were an excellent place to eat. We got there just after 8. We were told they closed at 8:30. Also there were no crab legs. After an hour and a half drive I was seriously disappointed in them. Not only do the NOT have crab legs, we never got a chance to eat because they were cleaning up and closing.
