This KFC is the worst I've ever been to. I don't know if they are really slow and dumb or I am. I got stuck in a drive thru line for 50 minutes. Yes 50 minutes. The cars were bumper to bumper and couldn't get out of line to leave. These workers didn't even take your order until the person in front of you were handed their order. I could have went to the KFC on the west and back with my order before they took my order. When i told the manager it was ridiculous he made the comment they had had a lot of online orders. Well i guess they cannot handle it so they need to take care of the problem. An excuse is what it is an excuse. Step it up or hire more help. Not even a real concern from the manager. It would have even been nice to be compensated even as in a free drink or something to show they care about the customers. So little concern at all. I will never go to the KFC in Essexville again. What a joke. No stars earn from this ticked off customers. Lol see like I said what a joke, you can't even post a comment without submitting a star. Well i may have clicked on one star. But they didn't earn it that for sure.
