Today was my first experience with this business, and I was pleasantly surprised by their reasonable prices and their willingness to serve the general public. They processed a pig for me beautifully, and I also purchased some meat from their counter that was of excellent quality. They consistently deliver great results with their processing, smoking, and catering, and my wedding guests were thrilled with the delicious, homemade food.
