The WORST service I have ever experienced!! The waitress was clueless! She barely spoke English so could not answer my questions about the menu. She did not ask how my husband wanted his steak cooked, she brought us the wrong wine, she did not clear our dishes when we were finished. She passed by our check with credit card several times before she picked it up (the place was NOT busy) and she forgot to bring a pen back for us to sign! Our tip: "train your wait staff!"

Ok let me start by saying I have worked in every aspect of a handful of successful resturants. That being said I walked out of this place after talking to the server. He started by saying what he didnt have. It wasnt one or two things it was six. The manner he showed as a server was a mockery and I recommend going to this place to see just how bad it really. I found it comical.

What a party we had at Charlise. They food was fabulous and service was outstanding. My mom's 80th B-day was great.

What a party! My family couldn't stop complimenting my my choice of restaurant. Everyone told me repeattedly that day that food was fabulous and the service outstanding. So thank you each one of you for making my mom's 80th Birthday such a memorable one.

Food was great...service was lousy. We had this blonde hair wierd European guy wait on us. He forgot 2 of our items (didn't listen) and miscalculated the check. When we asked for the owner, he/she failed to take proper notice to our situation.

Our advice....go to a restaurant where they have it together!
