Sophia's House of Pancakes serves huge, delicious portions at very reasonable prices, with a menu that includes everything from veggie omelets to amazing spanakopita. The staff, especially John in the Minions shirt and waitress Irene, provide friendly, attentive service that makes you feel right at home, and the cook really knows how to get everything just right, from crispy hash browns to perfectly cooked omelets. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, with clean bathrooms and a sunny spot by the window, though the layout around the cashier could use some improvement during busy times.

Sophia's House of Pancakes is my favorite restaurant. They offer a wide variety of dishes at reasonable prices, and the portions are quite generous. Recently, I tried their spanakopita and it was the best I've ever had. The service from our waiter, John, was outstanding, as he attended to us with a warm and friendly demeanor.
