i eat here several times a week and love it! they have super cheap specials everyday!!! reading the rest of the reviews and idk who Loxinabox is but their website is listed on menupix right above there review... if your around its a great spot!!!

I had London Broil and mashed potatoes for my Valentines dinner, soup and salad bar, my husband had the Coconut Shrimp with a baked potato and the soup and salad bar. Our food was 'fabulous'! Turk Lake Restaurant is very clean restaurant. Thank you for the great service. Wherever I looked, there were waitresses and lots of staff! You just don't find that anymore, and we were happy to find it tonight! We will be back.

The burgers are awesome. On Thirsty Thursdays they are $1.85 and add homemade french fries for a buck...$2.85 you get a burger and fries!

We have come to the Turk Lake Bar often and have always enjoyed your food and service. However, The last two times we have visited your restaurant, with guest, we have had to wait for over an hour to get our food. One was a "thirsts Thursday" when we waited an hour to get our food. That evening it was very crowded, with only two waitress serving the tables. This Monday we waited an hour and a half to get our food. We were told there was only one cook in the kitchen and he could not keep up with the orders. We did sit outside and asked if we should move inside for better service. We were told it was not necessary. An hour and a half later we received the wrong order, peach with a baked potato instead of a basket. (Of course there was no salad with the dinner.) The only thing on the Steak Fajita was 5 very small pieces of steak, some cheese and 4 soft shells. It was a very small serving for $12.95. We had to ask for the tomatoes and lettuce to go with the Fajita. A sandwich we ordered had to be remade because we asked to have no mayo. By the time we got the sandwich it was very soggy. It seemed someone had scraped the mayo off and then remade the sandwich. The waitress did not charge us for our drinks, but we still had to pay for a dinner we hadn’t ordered. This is not the type of food or service we have received in the past. We hope the next time we come for dinner our wait will not be so long and will receive the right order.

I called to get directions and was told the easiest way would be to visit their website. Well they don't have a website or my business ever! Guess their to busy drinking their own booze.
