One of the worst dining experiences I've had ever. Took forever to get our "starting" drinks, even the water. 30 minutes before we saw a waitress again to place our orders, then they "ran out" of hamburger sliders (how can you still have hamburgers and other sliders, but not hamburger sliders). They lost one of our orders, we waited 1 hour 40 minutes before getting our meals. The waitress never asked if we wanted refills until AFTER we received our meals.... and then didn't bring said refills until after we had finished eating. My Medium Well steak was Medium Rare, but fortunately I couldn't see it because the deck seating was so dark I couldn't see my meal or my bill. Had to use cell phone lights to read bills. One bill was screwed up 3 times in a row. Waitress kept claiming they were really busy, but the dinning room was empty... not sure how you can not adequately staff on a Saturday night when you have live entertainment. We WILL NOT return for a second experience.

I booked my granddaughter's open house in May. The service was very unprofessional and I didn't receive the menu I paid for. The person over the kitchen gave the food reserved for my granddaughter to another party and the waitress discussed my bill with my guests. At one point, the kitchen manager even had the waitress take a $100.00 from my brother and all of this was done in front of the other guests in the bar area. The owner never responded to my complaint. This was a horrible experience for my granddaughter and her open house was ruined. This is not a credible establishment.
