I've checked out a ton of Chinese restaurants across the U.S. and even in places like Canada and Hong Kong, but I gotta say, Emperor Palace in San Francisco really stands out. The first time I ate there, the Beef Chow Fun and Sticky Fried Rice were delicious, and the service from Sam made it feel like home. We keep coming back because the food is good, the prices are great, and it's just a solid family spot where you know you'll get a satisfying meal.

I have explored numerous Chinese restaurants in various locations, both within the US and beyond, such as Canada, China, and Hong Kong. Recently, I dined at Emperor Palace Restaurant in San Francisco, CA with my family, enjoying dishes like Beef Chow Fun and Sticky Fried Rice with Chinese Sausage. The last time I reviewed this restaurant was five years ago and I was impressed by the warm service and consistent quality of the food. Despite some hits and misses with certain dishes, Emperor Palace remains a favorite spot for authentic Chinese cuisine in the neighborhood.

this is the first time for me to give this kind of rate to a restaurant! The boss told my dad, one of my friend and me that we could finished the family package in that restaurant. But they gave us like 10 people's meal. The whole big table is fulled with the terrible smelling food. I told they to stop cooking when they put the first two dishes on the table. They totally ignored my words! Could you believe that? They were very rude and mean to us too and made us pay for the whole table dishes, which I didnt touch yet! I couldn't believe I was cheated like this! Horrible restaurant! Horrible people there. Do not ever go there please!

Horrible service and food!!! I would not recommend this place at all. Took forever on our food and the food was not good, very bland.
