The service and management was amazing! We had a great dinner and not only did the manager come to check on us, but she was very personable and made everyone feel welcome. I will definitely be bringing my family back due to Nicole being such a sweetheart. Thank you for your service and great food!!!!!

ABSOLUTELY the worst dining experience I've ever had. We were at Mccamley Plaza Hotel for an event tonight.Decided to go down to J.W.B's beforehand and grab a bite to eat.The restaurant was NOT crowded(maybe 15 people).
An hour after sitting down our party had not received even a salad. When we did get our order,My salmon had become chicken, and my wife's 12 ounce sirloin had become a piece of meat looking like it was someone's table scraps and we STILL hadn't received our salads. After patiently re-explaining to the waitress what our order SHOULD have been, and being told that management would be SO mad at her if she took the order back,we decided that enough was enough, and decided to leave. We were then brought our salads.I asked to speak to the manager, and when we talked, she said she'd go back and find out what the trouble was with our order,Never so much as looked in our direction after that.
Forgot to mention that the 2 ladies next to us got the wrong orders brought to them, and basically had to accept it or leave.
When we did get a bill(which I was surprised at the arrogance of them to even give to us),the other member of our party was told by the waitress that the manager would not believe that her salad did not contain chick
en and was charged accordingly
I would never ever recommend this restaurant to anyone.AN old adage in retail is if you treat someone well, they'll tell 10 people. If you treat them poorly they'll tell 20 people.I'll tell 100. It not only reflects badly on J.W.B's but on McCamley plaza,w hich touts them on their website.
