Had to wait ten minutes for a #1 Big Mac combo
. Big Mack was dry.and the bum was horrible 🤮 Not what I expected. And I really don't see things getting better. Benton harbor Michigan (McDonald's)

I would rate this place a 0 if I could. After we ordered fresh nuggets and received nuggets that's wasn't fresh, the staff said that they couldn't give us fresh nuggets due to low staff. I then asked for my money back. They told me to pull up. So while we were waiting, I went inside and spoke with the manager Chad he said was his name. He was a white heavy set guy.
Now I counted 7 staff from just standing in one spot up front. Chad said they were low on staff even though 7 people up near the area I could see is not short staff. But Chad said, he wasn't sure why she said she couldn't give us fresh nuggets and he will bring us out fresh nuggets.

Well, he brought us out nuggets but only 3 were fresh. SHAME ON CHAD THE MANAGER AND THE LADY WORKING THE WINDOW. McDonald's in Benton Harbor Michigan is the worst! I'm a regular bcuz of my 4 yr old son. I WILL DEFINITELY find another place that will treat us better.
