Called me an HOUR before my group was to be there to tell me that we hadn't purchased the minimum number of dinners to have our outing. Two previous phone calls and a meal minimum had never been mentioned - only a guest minimum. Tried to deal with manager and was completely blown off - treated as if I was LYING about a conversation I had had with her! I can honestly say I have never been treated as poorly as I was by the staff here. In an economy like this, I would think specialty stores like this one would do whatever they could to keep business.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! If you are going here for an event, get everything in writing so they don't pull a fast one on you at the last minute like they did with us. Shameful!
