This place has gone downhill soooo bad. The management there must not even know what customer service and friendliness is. I only go there because it is the closest thing. However, about 1 in 3 orders they get wrong every time I go.

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star but it's not an option to have no stars

This place is GARBAGE. I was getting lunch through drive-thru and it was moving very quickly which was impressive. I was half way through my order and the person working completely cut me off and gave me my total. I pulled up the to 1st window to pay and told her I wanted to order more and she was annoyed at me. Then they gave me the wrong order. The soda was flat, the mixer was not done right, the fries were stone cold which amazes me since there was so many people in line before me. how long were those fries just sitting there. the other thing is every employee looks like they just came off set from the hills have eyes.
