ON 11/8/23 I placed an order online for the Subway restaurant on 225 Broadway, South Haven, Michigan. Order number 32533705-E8. When I picked up the sandwiches, I noticed there were other items on the sandwiches that we did not want. I asked the man behind the counter, named Joey to fix the sandwiches. He replied, "learn how to use your app!!" I became indignant and asked for the manager. He said she wasn't there and called her. I asked him to remake the sandwiches. He abruptly grabbed the bag of sandwiches and threw them, in the garbage. There were some pretty bad words being said by myself and Joey, as well as customers chiming in. I had already paid for the sandwiches, drinks and chips and tip. So, I realized I wasn't getting anywhere with Joey, I grabbed a few bags of chips and 2 drinks and left. We live in this small beach town, and we often give this particular restaurant a second, third, fourth and on and on chance to redeem themselves. Most of the town residents are unhappy with the service here, but we go with it because in the winter there are very few places open for food. I had to use the other store number since the store number on the receipt (#3496) came back as invalid.
