Melinda Smith does an amazing job with the food presentation and service at her catering events, especially weddings and celebrations. The veggie chicken bites had a nice crunch and a tasty sweet sauce, and the Pancit served in paper boats was delicious, despite the noodles being a bit short. The lemon bread pudding was a highlight, whether you opt for the ice cream topping or not.
