This is our "GO TO" for great grinders, garlic bread, and pizza! We visit Mancino's several times monthly and the only item we haven't been completely satisfied with was our salads; only because apparently most restaurants have gone to "mixed greens" and we prefer good ole lettuce and it's crunch!

The restaurant is always clean and the wait staff very friendly.

i placed an order as soon as they opened. You'd think i would have gotten fresh quality food? I wish. my carryout order was literally pulled out of a fridge. the cheese for my chili cheese fries was cold. i counted 6 waffle fries for "1/2 pound order". the chili had a chunk of meat the size of a rock, it was also cold. The chicken in my large sub was not only cold it had bones in it. (poor quality) the only thing in my meal that was warm was the sauce in my sub. for a $25 order i was very disappointed but i couldnt help but think that when i went to go pick up my order the ONLY person who wasnt practicing safety was the OWNER of the porsche. ( i saw him pull up while i was waiting for my food). Everyone of his staff that were working up front wore a mask, except him. He interacted the whole time without one. I can only imagine how this place runs if this is the kind of leadership being given but i wont order anymore based on i cant trust this place to be accountable. That and i was told by the young lady on the phone that her boss would reach out to me, due to the poor quality of food. Still nothing. its ok. i think ive understood whats going on here. i can support other business that want to do better.
