I totally agree with Bobert post on 12/15. I just got back from sitting in the drive through at the Hillsdale McDonald's for over 8+minutes, and was even more let down when I got my order. Fries were not filled and tasted barely warm, and my sons ice cream was much smaller than expected. Next time it's Burger King for me.

Horrible service with new management!

Noticed change in staff over last 3 months. Workers used to be happy. Have noticed change in them as well as the manages that have been here for past 5+ years. Not welcoming or friendly environment. Customers obviously are not of concern for this manager.

On several occasions I have stood in line for several minutes without even acknowledging I am there. Noticed this with other patrons as well. Have left on some occasions without ordering due to extensive wait time even when I am first in line, also noticed this with other people in line.

I, and many people I am acquainted with in the community, have expressed similar disappointment in the evolution of this location over the last 3+ months. Sad.
