Every Saturday morning, I eagerly head to The Stagecoach in Homer for their amazing breakfast buffet. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff make it feel like a home away from home, and the Country Omelet with sausage gravy is a must-try. The variety of dishes on the buffet, from pancakes to bacon to stewed apples, always leave me satisfied and ready for the day ahead.
