Rosalie's pizza is out of this world.

8/14/10 My wife and I were very intrigued by Rosalie's roadside sign offering "fine food" - especially with its unique building - but were disappointed in our first time there. We tried the potato skins appetizer and fish and chips special and while the skins tasted fine, they seemed prepared by someone inexperienced to what most of us have had elsewhere - a bit amateurish. Unfortunately, the fish and chips were much worse, about the weakest we've ever had - flavorless batter and steak fries of equal blandness, the oddest white color ever seen before. Not recommended, but that'll teach us not to order a special that doesn't even come close to appearing on the regular menu. Speaking of which, considering the "fine food" sign we could only assume the photo-copied menu offering customers to keep one as a souvenier was an unintended sad joke. Their wait staff seemed stretched too thin, especially to service upstairs, but were quite pleasant. If only Rosalie's could improve their menu/food and add central air, then we might be able to recommend it.

There is a reason this restaurant has been there for 25 years, because they serve great food in a wonderful atmosphere. I have been going there for years because I really enjoy the down home feel. I support local ownership.

I don't normally leave reviews, but this restaurant is an absolute must to try. The owner is one of the nicest people I have ever met.
