So here we go agian. They finally get someone in there that can run this place and clean and they bring the women there from cjs. Im not sure what drugs that women is on but she shakes like Fort Knox. I'm not sure what happened to Kim but she was awesome and miss seeing her but the other lady that they hired a few months ago is just as good but she cleans. Im a regular there and I see her cleaning when she is not taking orders the food there is amazing but it definitely needed a clean job done. I cat remember the girls name but she has blonder hair. She makes amazing food and is the nicest lady I seen her carrying out a customer food yesterday. I'm not so sure that the lady from cjs is cut out for that place I definitely would suggest for her to go back to cjs. On a good note there food is amazing

Outstanding food but the lady who works the deli is unbelievably rude. I rather go somewhere with a joyful atmosphere. Maybe she needs to find another job!

I would definitely give this place a 5 star on there food! It's amazing.. How ever the girl Catrina that works there has a very bad attitude to the point I had to tell her she needed to loose the attitude with me.. Over a week ago I ordered food from there.. I got 2 double cheeseburger burgers one with out cheese both with everything on the add bacon I ordered a BLT sub with everything on it he wanted crumbled bacon on it add yellow peppers mustard and ranch and a large nacho salad that we found a hair in it half way through it but it was made perfect.. This is what I got.. 2 signal hamburger one with everything on it with crumbled bacon one with only crumbled bacon the BLT sub with stripped bacon and lettuce the nachos was perfectly made besides the hair.. When I called up there she said she was sorry and would remake it. My son picked it up and has dropped the food off to me.. I was unable to bring it back the lady on the phone said she would write it down to have it replaced the next day.. When I called the next day they knew nothing about it and the lady said she would have to talk to her manager.. I said ok I will call you back I explained to her why my order was being replaced she was short with me and snotty I blew it off.... I called back there today to see what they was going do and was explaining why it had to be replaced that we pd for doubles and didn't get them and do on.. The girl Catrina was one of the snottest people I have ever delt with in my life.. When I said to her listen I'm not giving you a attitude you need to loose yours with me.. She did say this is the only time she is to replace the order cause I didn't bring the food back I said I was unable too.. Mind you the food sat in my fridge till the other day and I threw it out cause it was a week later .. When I asked what her name was she told me Catrina and the reason why she was being rude is because I kept going on and on .. I said I was trying to explain to you why the order was replaced how am I to know I was speaking to the same lady when I asked for her name she made it clear to me well I have worked her for 3 years .. My son was standing in the same room as me and even spoke up and said something because he could hear the way she was talking to me.. I have never wrote one of these out before this is my first and I'm 59 years old.. I really hope that the owner who is a wonderful man reads this because I now understand why so many people complain about the girls attitude that work there.. I was telling a few people of what happened to me and every person that I spoke to said the same thing I am that they are very rude in there but they was unsure what the girls name was.. I'm getting its the same one I had the problem with. It is sad that you try to support your local places with everything that goes on in our world today and have to deal with someone treating others so poorly..

I would give this place 5 stars but this is the 3rd time I have ate there. The food is outstanding. But the lady always acts like a burden when you call there to order.. If she don't like her job maybe she should find another. I live local and have herd many people say and complain about the service and the same thing I am.

Family came into town and ordered 5 different pizzas from their menu. Their pizzas put all others pizzas to shame. I've eaten pizza from other places like Hanover, Concord, Spring Arbor, and basically the "popular" pizza makers around Jackson county...Timber Pine should really be considered the standard in pizza.

In looking up their phone number again I saw the low scores Timber Pine has received, and I just have to let everyone know the real truth about this place. While the atmosphere is not great for an eat-in place, by far the service, value and taste are excellent. We often frequent this place, both for personal use and church use. I love everything about Timber Pine and the people are very pleasant. I've gotten to know most of them personally.

The food is very good, but the treatment and service is lousy. I would suggest ordering over the phone and using the pick up window to avoid this.
