I’m apparently the only one that realizes a business under new ownership or turn key or new management in any way should not be reviewed without proper time to adjust to new jobs and livelihoods !
Its not fairly reviewed anyway!
Experience is how I know!
I opened a few restaurants in my day
and being prepared wasn’t possible!
It didn’t matter
It’s all new
Owners are different
This is when mistakes happen because nothing works without trial
It doesn’t matter who what or why it’s never a smooth transition!
And unless she’s rude and obviously ignorant to the job she’s attempting miserably!!
Tip your service please!
Excuses for not tipping is shameful
You can’t afford dinner out if you can tip
No tip and I’m paying tax on income I never received
Swell
Don’t blame your server for issues out of her control !! Ownership is hard at first
Maybe it’s out already ( your order )
Maybe discontinued ?
Maybe the cook caught his facial hair on fire and had to leave
Maybe now there is no cook
So now I’m it because owners can’t! That’s why I’m back there. Cool with you?
Wait no really wait. lol
It’s true just like any other job everyone should be a waitress once because then you would know exactly how difficult it can be to multitask so everyone is more important than the other as I was a cook server cleaner dishwasher and register at 2.65 an hour Try it ! Hard!
The Reason you should be supporting this business is because it’s local
It’s Open
It’s jobs
It not corporate
And that’s a blessing these days
Honestly I’ve never seen that parking lot as full as it has been since the Turn Key

So
may I suggest Dhar Mann Videos?

Great local spot. Small hometown community vibe. AND also does alot for the school and community. Went to a fundraiser there tonight in fact benefiting the Class of 2021. Thanks Aggies!

Had to drive back to the bar to get an answer. Bartender said they were super busy. They got the food together fairly quickly. Burgers better then average

Terrible service. Waited an hour and half for food to go. They didn’t get the order right and don’t bother to answer the phone.

We love Aggies! Hometown feeling! And since new ownership it’s a great place to be. Cannot wait until we can dine in again!

It's a sports bar with bar food, so a 3 is pretty typical for a sports bar. It has improved since new ownership took over.

New owners have made great improvements over this past year! Right now only take out & curbside with corona virus lock down BUT food is always hot & service good. Can't wait til everything opens back up so we can get back to our weekly visits to Aggie's!!!!

I watched Aggies grow from the beginning and go down hill as different leadership took control. I have been pleasantly surprised with the new ownership and have frequented on a regular rotation of places to eat and have been very satisfied each time. The new ownership understand what acceptable service is and go above and beyond to improve the reputation of this establishment in the community. I suggest you give them a chance if you have had bad experiences in the past. They truly care and want to be a respectable player in the Napoleon community.

I love Aggies sport bar. Great food and service. I have live 4 miles from it for years and always was told how bad it was.
One afternoon I told my husband we needed to give it a try so we stopped. Pleasantly surprised!!! I had the quesadea and my husband roast beef sandwich. They both were fantastic and we stop there about 1 time a week. We even have our best friends going there.

Worst restaurant ever! Waited an hour and a half for a cold mediocre burger and pizza. Waitress didn't even apologize or send the manager over, instead blamed it on the cook who called in (beverage service was not timely either). Not my problem. I wasted 2.5 hours of my life and I will NEVER go back!

Very disappointed that they charge $3 for a side of fries instead of the standard chips with a burger. A skimpy portion of fries.

I went to Aggies Sports Bar with my friend a few weeks ago. The waitress was very rude, and asked “What do you want” instead of “May I take your order?” Took her maybe 25 min. to a half hour for our drinks, and longer to get our food. We were very upset with the service, especially when were 15 minutes late to our movie at the Jackson 10 because she was so slow. And then she told us our change was $8.00 and she asked if we wanted it in all singles like we were going to give her a generous tip. We told her just give us a $5 and 3 singles and then we left. The waitress was so rude and slow with our food and drinks we left her a 75¢ tip, hoping she would get the hint.
