The carpet is filthy can't believe the health department doesn't make them clean it or remove it. Used to be a great place now it is so run down and dirty looking.

Brought some friends up there and bragged about how good it was, THEY CHANGED AND GUTTED THE ENTIRE MENU. and then prime rib was $35.00.... so so so disappointed, ive been coming there for literally 30 years, as a kid and an adult. Waitress was terrible, really ruined my weekend.

I’ve eaten here before, and it wasn’t bad. Although not offering vegetables and a mashed or baked potato with dinner is a deal breaker for me.
The owner of the place is narcissistic and made me never want to order there again after a short conversation with her. She was very demeaning and treats her employees less than human. The first time she spoke to me she said “I’m the boss. When I tell my employees to run, they better run no questions asked...”
I wouldn’t recommend working there js. No one who doesn’t seems to feel appreciated.

Enjoyed everything for our evening dinner. That includes liver and frogs legs. You read that right. Both were awesome. For the main we also shared a prime rib. Mmm mmm good.

Been coming here for more than 30 years and every year the food quality and service goes down. It's a big disappointment for a place that at one time was the place to go in the north woods. Sad to say it's just mediocre and I'd rather take the far longer drive to go to Chase Creek Bbq

While it has been awhile since i have been here,,,i am shocked at such a high rating!!!! The famous for prime rib trully sucked when i visited this place..and my wife agreed...we over paid for a less than average meal and drinks, to go along with less than friendly service while we were there..and to make matters worse in my opinion,it was recommended by a friend!! In my opinion the service was like they thought i should be happy they were there instead of glad i was giving them my business!!!!!!! Sorry guys but unless the service has turned 1000%..i dont see any way that i.proving the food could help anything!! My opinion is and always has been that great service can make up for not so good food,and when i visit
this place had neither.

Right on the snowmobile trail(M-37 staging area). The Walleye and Lake perch are the best anywhere. I highly recommend trying them.
