We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and beer at this establishment. Despite being busy, our server efficiently attended to our needs and made us feel valued as customers. The overall experience was positive, and we look forward to returning in the future.

Very sorry to see that Cranker's has gone so far downhill since the last time we visited. The service was slow even though the place was almost empty. I did think that our waitress did the best she could do under the circumstances. I ordered a chopped steak meal that was almost inedible. The meat was over cooked, dry and extremely salty. It was just a thin hamburger that was covered with a bit of gravy. The mashed potatoes tasted like they were from a dry box mix and the veggies were over cooked and also very salty. This place advertises having fresh food, but there was nothing that was fresh in my meal. Very disappointed since this was a local place that we enjoyed going to, but will not return to buy food that is worse than a frozen TV dinner.
