One of my favorite local spots, #1 Chinese always delivers fresh and delicious food. The friendly staff and tasty dishes make it worth the 15-minute drive.

It's 6:28 AM on Monday morning and I'm craving No. 1 Chinese food so god damn badly I'm worried I'm going to do something awful... An 11 AM opening is a borderline public health crisis.

If you see a 22 year old roaming the city on all fours like Shark Boy in Twilight: Beware! I'm on the prowl for crab rangoon and wont let anyone get in my way... >:)

Absolute masters of their cooking craft. Grade A quality food. I used to live in Coopersville, and would eat here frequently. When I moved to Grand Rapids I started trying other Chinese places to fill the void, but none of them tasted as good. I kept saying, "Still not as good as No. 1." I've been to close to a dozen Chinese restaurants in an attempt to find a replacement, but that didn't happen. Now, I drive a 30 mile round trip just to get their food, and it's absolutely worth it. If you guys are reading this, keep up the amazing work! :)
