I've never been in short supply of praise when I bite into one of their grinders. My favorites are the chicken, the veggie, and the Italian. Their grinders have a great bun that is cooked to perfection, amazing melted cheese and all the right ingredients for a movie night at home with my family. Thanks for the service to our community for all these years.

never had a bad grinder until the other day. wednesday i ordered 2 chicken bacon clubs and they were the most bland thing i've ever gotten from there.....so disappointed.

I ordered a wet burrito and the grinder special after. When i got there they said they didnt have any beans so they couldnt make it. I said so make a beanless wet burritto. So my grinders and fries sat under a heat lamp for 40 minutes. When i got home the wet burrito had no sauce over the top as a “wet” burrito should, and the meat inside looked like a very sloppy joe. So i take it back and asked where the sauce was. She said “its right there i personally put sauce on it”. Well when you pit sauce on anything and cook it there is sauce either baked on or stained into the food. The girl said “its a new sauce and it disappears when you cook it”.
Normally when you work in the food industry you inventory the foor so you know what you have to offer. Mancinos must not know how to do that. I will not be back to this mancinos in fremont again.

I give this place a 0... Worst Ruben grinder ever! I removed 1/4 cup of thousand island dressing. There was 1 tablespoon of sauerkraut and the cheese was still frozen. I also ordered a pizza with bacon, pepperoni and sausage. The pizza dough was chewy and very tough, we counted 6 pieces of sausage and 2 little blobs of bacon. I am so done with this place. They can't keep good workers and they certainly don't know what their doing. Pay your managers a little ore and maybe you will get a class of people who know how to run a store.

Called and placed an order for delivery and an hour later they call me because they took my card number down wrong and asked me to come pick my food up because the girl couldn't deliver now. So by the time I go and pick my food up and get it home it will have been sitting for almost an hour and a half. Oh but your going to give me 10% off.

I specifically asked for extra mayo and they put none on my grinder. I call and complain and the say you can come back and get it.....umm no I'm not going to drive all the way back there to get what they should have put on there in the first place. Poor costumer service and rude if you ask me.

I have stopped into Mancino's for a chicken salad many times and have really enjoyed it. However, this last Saturday I must admit I was a bit shocked to witness one of your employees breat feeding her child in the eating area shortly after taking my order. Please provide a private area for her to do this. As I did not see any one drop off or pick the child up, I am still trying to figure out where the child was staying... The real problem I have with this whole incident is that I know she did NOT wash her hands after this procedure. It may be possible that she washed up in the kitchen area, but since she was taking a break in the eating area, I would assume that she would wash up in the same. My chicken salad and I are just a little concerned about a few issues at your restaurant.
