The food at the restaurant was absolutely incredible! Our server was attentive and guided us in choosing the most delightful dishes that suited our dietary needs perfectly. The flavors in each dish were exceptional, from the scallop appetizer to the truffle cauliflower and the perfectly cooked hanger steak - a truly memorable dining experience!

Worst restaurant ever! My wife and I were in Holland for our anniversary, and decided that we would splurge a little and have a nice dinner out. We liked the downtown area, so decided on Butch's Dry Dock.
I ordered the Fillet Mignon ($36) and my wife got the fish, Halibut I believe (it was definately one of the more expensive fish dishes on the menu). Either way, we were eargerly looking forward to eating our meal.
My Fillet, which I ordered medium rare, came to me without the slightest bit of pink in it, so I sent it back. Meanwhile, my wife started on her fish, and noted to me that for such a high price, it was hardly worth writing home about. Her vegetables were soaked in butter, and the mashed potatoes were chunky, and had a ratio of 2 parts sour cream per 1 part potato...disgusting in my opinion.
My new steak then came out. It was no more pink then the last steak, but much more tender...my theory is that the chef beat the steak to death with a meat tenderizer, because the texture in my mouth was about the same as the mashed potatoes.
With an appitizer, two glasses of wine, tax, and tip the bill came out around $90. This was almost 3 times the amount we paid for a meal at the New Holland Brewery down the street the night before, and the food there was significantly better.
I can't say enough about how disappointed I was with this place.
