I have been a loyal customer for many years and always leave satisfied with the great food. The gyros and fries are delicious, and even though the dining room closes early, the drive-thru option is convenient for a quick meal.

I have been going to the Pita Place for about four years. The food was decent and priced right, however the service could have been better. Last night we ordered take out, the pita chips were too burned to eat. Today I took the product back and showed the manager that it was uneatable. I was informed that nothing could be done, and that I could not get a credit beacuse I had not called to complain last night. I will never eat there again beacuse of this. I think they need a new manager. Of course, with our great economy, maybe they do not care about customer service.

This place has good food but poor customer service. I went through the drive through and got back to work and they forgot my hummus for the pita chips; when I called them I asked for a discount because I had to drive back to get it and the OWNER was very rude on the phone and in person and said I could bring my food back and get my money back if I want. That is not the way to treat your customers.

Love the place.... gyro supreme is the best. Staff is friendly and service is quick. Great hummus. Clean casual atmostphere.

The Pita Place used to have good food and customer service. Recently, I ordered Greek fries at the drive through. When I got them they had too much cheese on them and too much dressing. I returned to the restaurant and requested my money back. The person working did not know how to refund it because I paid with a card so he called the owner. The told me over the phone that it would not refund my money. That I should just get over it and leave his drive through. I have never had a business treat me that way. Obviously, there is a major problem with the way it is run, and the owners mental state.
