Stayed at the Alpine Motel across the street, very clean. Dinner was super good and the service was great. Thanks for a pleasant evening experience. A place that seems to put an effort to making good food!

Emerson Lake Inn has a high-end menu and the food we received last night was excellent. However, they were very understaffed and I understand that but our table of seven had to wait an hour and a half before our food came. Other tables it came in later were receiving their food ahead of us. We were frustrated and very tired of sitting there in the heat. We chose to sit on the screen porch and it was very hot. It isn't their fault I suppose, but fans would've made it more bearable. Our waitress was courteous and tried to make her stay comfortable, but I think there are some management problems that need to be addressed. Not sure if we'll be back. It was pretty pricey.

Still should be $$$$ Not what I expected. Embarrassed so I stayed and ordered. Did not expect such a pricey menu and a small selection

Needs an owner who cares and shows up. We realize this was only the second weekend after being closed for months but it was a mess. The bar tender finally came into the dining room to wait on us. One waitress was taking orders and also training 5 new waitresses who were following around. Rueben sandwich was hardly grilled and corn beef dried out and tough. The pollack and onion rings very greasy. Big disappointment tonight.

The food and the service was good! We were so excited that they reopened! Very pleasant experience however all the wait staff wore their COVID masks under their nose. The host who sat us did not but every waitress did. That was disappointing! What is the point?

Wonderful location, friendly staff and waitstaff, amazing food!!! Salmon is the best I've ever had!!!!

Me & my boyfriend went there for a nice prime rib dinner, but our food wasn't cooked to our liking. The waitress never said her name, she nvr askd us how our prime rib taste. My boyfriend gave her to much for a tip. Our service sucked, she wld've only got $3 for a tip from me. If I dnt get gd service, then u dnt deserve a gd tip. I will nvr go there again.

Been going there for 10 years, but after tonight, we will NEVER go back!!!!!
T-Bone steak not cooked to order, fatty and with bone chips. Chicken tenders were
more like nuggets. Very dissappointed...another one bites the dust.......

Food great as always. Was pretty busy and service didnt suffer. Clean dining and restrooms. Salad bar was great, and steak cooked perfect. Will be back!

We have eaten at the Inn many times and had fabulous meals!! The Inn has a nice atmosphere, a great staff and excellent cuisine. We recommend it to all our friends!!

We have a cabin nearby and eat here a few times a year. They have a nice salad bar and a wonderful view of the lake. Eat in the back screened in porch area if you can in the warmer months. We have always had excellent service. The perch and the bluegill are good.

Wouldn't really know how good or bad it was.
Sat in the retaurant for twenty minutes
No drinks, no menu, no waitress ever came to our table to even say "Hi sorry for the wait". It was not like it was busy.
There were only seven tables for four filled

This place used to be a funeral home.
Yes, it has a lake view, but the seats in some of the booths have duck tape on them and the staff ignore you... I walked out of this "dive" after waiting for service... bartender/hostess was too busy with regulars... my money went else where!
