The customer service was excellent, the food was tasty, and the atmosphere was cozy with a fun little antique area to explore while waiting for our delicious homemade burgers and grilled cheese.

After not dinning in at any restaurant since Feb, my husband and I stopped in at Rich's . We were hungry for hot fries, as we don't like fast food to go or to eat in the car. We had fries, burgers and onion rings. Tasted very good. We will go out of our way again and drive to Rich's for something as simple as good fries.
