Thank you for the "Dad's Hunter Style Tenderloin" recipe that appeared in the Leelanau Enterprise. We fixed it tonight using chucker & partridge breasts. Wow! This dish is a real "keeper". Easy to prepare and great flavor. I can't wait to fix it again, nor can I wait to return to Northport for dinner at Stubb's.
