Been waiting for my order for over an hour and a half! And claims they dont currently have a driver

This McDonald's is horrible. About a year ago the Burger King in town went out of business, and since then it's like they think they can do as they please since there's no alternative. But there is. There are many family owned restaurants in town with comparable prices and better food and service. In the past year, they have maybe gotten one of my orders correct. It doesn't matter if I order in person, through the drive-thru, or on the app, something is always missing. The food often tastes like it's 30 mins past the throw away time, and the attitude of the workers can be poor to rude at times. I have lodged multiple complaints, through multiple methods, yet nothing has changed. The manager clearly doesn't care enough to ensure that the employees are receiving adequate training. If you are from out of town, your best bet is to drive to the Marquette McDonalds or to pull off the highway and get your food from a local, family owned business. Whatever you do, don't waste your money here, there are better options. Hell, stop at BP and get beef jerky but avoid this place at all costs. Don't be fooled by employees' reviews on Google or Facebook, they're lying. You have options, even if they're not obvious when driving through Ishpeming on the highway. Please, save yourself the upset stomach and wasted money, and find an alternative, even if it's another McDonalds just a few minutes drive from here. You aren't missing out, I promise.
