We love eating at Jim's. My husband loves their soups; many of them are homemade. Everything we've ordered there has been tasty and plentiful.

Ordered a pizza from our motel room and were told 25 minutes. We waited for AN HOUR and then called. Were told it would be there in a few minutes. 75 minutes from the time of the call, our pizza was finally delivered. No discount and no apology. One of the worst pizzas I have ever eaten. Stuffed crust? Awful.

We just ordered food and specifically asked for no tomatos and then they put a bunch of tomatos in my salad and they didn't put any croutons
