on the night of Dec. 23rd., my fiance and I pulled into the parking lot of your restaruant, ALL the lights were on and the open/closed sign read OPEN!, it was five minutes to 7. There were two female employees there; one was standing behind the counter-doing nothing, and the other one was sitting at the table nearest the door-also dong nothing! We are FREQUENT customers of this place and know the menu well, so instead of going inside to decide what we wanted we sat in the truck for a couple of minutes and decided. During this time both the girls inside stayed right where they were, and appeared to watching us. As I opened the truck door, the one sitting at the table got up and began walking towards the door, as I got out the truck, she(while still watching me) turned the open sign to closed. At this action I looked at the clock in my vehicle it was 6:58. I tried to get her attention to see if I could still come in and order, but she just walked away from the door-looking over her shoulder at us. I got back into the truck and we drove home in a huff!
I am a manager at Hardees and if someone comes in at close-it's our job to serve them!! And continue closing after they leave!
Now I'm not upset that the place was closed, I am pissed at the way it happened!!!!!! The sign should have been turned prior to us pulling up-or at the very least when we pulled up. And both of the employees should have been doing something other then sitting at a table and/and just standing behind the counter DOING NOTHING!!!!!
Both my fiance and I we very tired and very hungry, as we were dong our last minute errands for our Christmas Eve dinner with our family. I had the stove and oven occuppied, that is why we were getting take out, so instead of a really good and really filling sub from your place-which we choose Cousins because we enjoy your food and the service is usually quick and friendly-we had to resort to peanut butter sanwiches! Yummy after thinking about a meatball sub and a chicken cheddar deluxe(cold).
After such actions I may be back or I may just try Quiznos for the very first time. Thanks for nothing
