Cafe Meuse is a charming wine bar in a great neighborhood, perfect for a laid-back happy hour hangout. They offer a $2 discount on glasses of wine between 5PM and 7PM, which is a decent deal compared to other places in the city. I enjoyed a delicious Kir Royale and a bottle of wine, and the server was friendly and accommodating, even splitting the Kir Royale between us in separate glasses. The cozy atmosphere and festive holiday decorations make it a place I'd definitely come back to.
