Horrible customer service. First I was in hold for almost 10 minutes. Arrived and was still on hold. Only 1 person standing in front of me. Clearly understaffed. I watched the being ignored until 3 workers got there. I was told 15 minutes. Finally after sitting there for 33 minutes I asked if my pizza was ready. It just got done I was told. We get home and one pizza was messed up. I called and asked for a new one to be delivered. I was told 45 minutes and instead of an apology I was told "we're busy" that's an excuse to mess up an order? 2 hours later an over cooked pizza that looked like it was dropped and thrown in the box was delivered. I called up there and was told by Lexi that maybe I should order from somewhere else. What a poor attitude. Never will I order from this location.
