You've gotta try this pizza joint, the food and service were surprisingly awesome. I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious Greek salad and olive and mushroom pie. The staff was super friendly and the service was prompt - definitely worth a return visit. And don't forget to check out their cute patio in the back for a fun hangout spot with friends and family.

Pirro's has just lost a customer that has been going to them for 20+ years. My family and I have been ordering from Pirro's for that long and while we noticed a decline in quality over the last couple of years, we just went to them because that's where we have always gotten pizza. Well after getting our pizza today (a pick-up) we noticed the pizza crust on the bottom was soaked through with oil and it would even fall apart because it was so soggy from the oil. This is when they just took out the pizza and gave it to us, so it wasn't because it's been out for awhile. We took it back and all they did was rudely brush us off saying there was nothing wrong with it even though the pizza was falling apart. They said that there was nothing they could do.

Wrong! If they had any type of customer service at all, they would offer to make us a new pizza or offer some sort of compensation. I can not get over how rude that man was (he was one of the guys making the pizza) and just basically called us liars and that what we said was not true. And we usually never send/take anything back so just imagine how ridiculous this was that we had to take it back.

DO NOT EAT HERE! There's a lot more places you can try with a whole lot better customer service. I don't know if they changed management lately or had someone else take over the service, but it's just terrible.
