Well today is February 17th 2022 myself and my husband came to Berkeley Coney Island about 10:00 am we got there and set down and 5 minutes later two Caucasian guys walking in and the waitress I believe she's Asian she brought them they water and we've been sitting there and haven't got any water so when it was time for us to order the one lady told the waitress table 2 were here first and she don't know why the lady put cups on table one from that point on it just really didn't feel good to me so I went to the cash register and told the cashier that I appreciate that she acknowledge that I was there and left out with an ache in my heart

My one and only coney joint. I made that post of 5 stars 4 years ago.

Today MIKAYA (sp?) took it down to 2. She decided to argue with me and hang up on me when I called back to say my over easy eggs were sunny side up and the corned beef hash wasn't done. She said it was becuz the order sat so long. WHAT??? I ordered at 11:17, was told it'd be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived at 11:37. I was cashed out at 11:42. Still have the receipt. I live 1.6 miles away. I called back and spoke to LUCY and could hear MIKAYA still arguing in the background. Lucy asked if I wanted to bring it back. I said all I wanted was an apology. I was cooking the food at home. LUCY APOLOGIZED and I updated my review

I spent $40 plus tip for carryout. While eating my breakfast order I encountered a hard piece of "food" we atleast I thought it was food until I pulled it out of my mouth and it was a HUMAN FINGERNAIL in my hashbrowns!!!

I threw out my food and called the nextday and the manager said that I would have to bring in the food to get new food or a reimbursement. He also said how do I know that you weren't lying. The audacity! Please note that I didn't ask for the entire order to be reimbursed just my meal.

My family and friends will not be patronizing this establishment again! Over a situation that could've easily been taken care of by competent management.
