I always go for the Macanese pork cutlet and baked beef tongue rice at this cafe. The deep fried pork cutlet is superb and reminds me of the standard in Hong Kong cafes. The sauce is just right, not too starchy, and I'm never disappointed with the flavors. The fried beef noodle is a new favorite for me, with its flavorful mix of chive and sprout, making this cafe an underrated gem in the area.
