PF Changs wasn't my first choice when I was deciding where to dine on an early Sunday afternoon, but they were open and Roast wasn't. I was pleasantly surprized by my experience at this corporate restaurant, I normally avoid dining at corporate owned establishments. However PF changs has made me reconsider my corporate discrimination.
The decor is beautiful, host staff was friendly, wine list was decent, service staff was knowledgable. I asked my server a question, he didn't know the answer, but he excused himself while he went and found out. He passed the test!
I ordered the lettuce wraps for an appetizer, they were excellent.
My entree was seared Ahi tuna served with a soy citrus glaze and encrusted in black and white sesame seeds, served with Green Tea Soba noodles and brown rice. I was a bargain at $16.99 and was a huge portion of tuna probably about 8 oz. I would go back without a doubt.
My only criticism is that the food runner auctioned off the food at the table, instead of knowing which seat had what.
PS:try the dessert shooters! at 2 bucks a dessert, they are cute, tasty abd the perfect completion to your meal.
