I ordered Ceasars salad (online)June 23rd. My pickup time was at 6:15pm. When I arrived at BM, the restaurant was closed and people were standing outside. I tried calling this restaurant on Hoover road, (586-757-9970) no answer.
I then called 800-365-7000(no response) after 2 messages. Then on Saturday July 1st, I went into the store and told the lady(behind the counter) of my previous incident. She asked me for proof of an email. I didn't have proof because I submitted my order online, on the website. I tried showing her my proof from my account. She didn't want to see it, she gave me the salad. After all that stuff. I told her the date of the order, the pick up time and the price of my salad. This is not the 1st time that this happened to me at BM; However this is the 1st time I had to go through this unnecessary process. This is my 1st incident at this restaurant!
