Kate's Kitchen serves some of the best deep-fried mushrooms and homemade pies around, with breakfast and lunch dishes that always hit the spot. The cozy, old-town atmosphere feels like stepping into a classic small-town diner, complete with friendly staff who work hard to accommodate everyone despite the usual busy crowds. Cash-only payment is the only hiccup, but the fresh, delicious food and warm service make the visit well worth it every time.

Very disappointed that Kate's no longer cuts their fruit pies for eating in anymore. But even more disappointed that they will not even serve you their pies at the table when you purchase the whole pie. The food has always been delicious but my favorite part about going to the restaurant is being stuffed and still stuffing down a piece of deliciousness :(

I came for a carryout order. Well the place seems cozy and quaint There was no real acknowledgment of my present nor appreciation of my patronage. I felt invisible until they were ready to cash me out and it was very dry customer service I will never come back
