I realize staffing is tough and times are different but when I get two specialty sandwiches no sides and pay 12.50 the quality better be reasonable. It was so chinsy on meat-hardly three layers and didn't cover the bun. SO mad. Arbys used to be the top of my choices, now it is at the bottom. Please take this and use is to train what staff you do have to take more pride in their work. It's like a slap in the face to the customer who remembers Arbys being at the top of the fast food list. Times shouldn't affect pride and work ethic.
