We have been coming since they opened, years ago. We are always served delicious food, year after year. Price and service are great too.

I've never had a bad meal! Everything has always been top notch. I'm so lucky to have been able to order from them since 2009...

Hoy Pan By Emily Wash
While I was on my way to Hoy Pan I realized it was on an island! The area the restaurant is in is so beautiful. The doorbell rang and I met a nice oriental lady inside who took me to a table. The scenery was so nice, they had a huge Chinese cultural structure that went up to the ceiling and there were a lot of plants. Sadly as I looked away from the art I realized I was the only person there.
She greeted me with some chips and sweet and sour sauce and then took my order. I ordered egg rolls, green tea, wonton soup and chicken fried rice. While I waited I ate the chips with the sauce. The chips were fried to perfection and the sauce was so flavorful.
When she came and brought my food she said please enjoy your meal in Chinese, which was very cool. The tea was so sweet with a little bit of tang and the egg roll was packed with flavor. The chicken fried rice was my favorite! The flavor was so rich that you did not need a drop of soy sauce and the ingredients were in perfect balance. The wonton soup had amazing broth and the vegetables on the top were delectable.
It took the waitress a long time to give me the bill after I ate. When she came back she gave me the bill and a fortune cookie. The prices were not as expensive as the thought they would be since the food was so good and the fortune cookies fortune said "You've just found your new favorite place to eat!" Which made me smile.
Overall I really liked this restaurant the food was great and the scenery was awesome! I rate this restaurant a 9/10 and I definitely recommend it if you love Chinese food!

I love Hoy Pan! I have been going there for years and never had a bad meal. My favorites include szechuan chicken, spicy pepper chicken, and moo shu vegetables. Very clean and friendly restaurant.

Great food, convenient for the community since it's so close. Best Chinese food I've had in a long time and better than the others Downriver.
