John, you stay at this thing open 7 days a week. It's a shame that's went downhill since the new owner come in and took over.

I, my whole family actually, prefer these subs over the Belleville location or any other sub shop. For some reason they are just better.

I ordered a single traditional, a single BLT and a single Steak cheese w/ mushroom. What I got was 2 BLT's and a steak sub. When I questioned the order, I was hit with a barrage of "no, that’s not what you ordered", "You made a mistake", "we will make you a traditional if you want" Nothing like being the bad guy, even though I know I was right

Excellent food and when I have gone there in person, they were very friendly. However, I just placed an order over the phone and there was a complete lack of hospitality. I understand they may be busy, however, it's Nemos, they are always busy so she should be used to that. This was the first time I have called ahead and I probably won't again. The ladies are much nicer in person.

All of the subs are very good but the breakfast ham n egg was great! They could be a bit more friendly. Love the subs!!! Thanks for fast service too.

I would fly into Romulus, stop into Nemos, buy dinner (subs) for the family (we live 1.5 hours from Nemos). A big treat for everyone. Family looked forward to it all the time until........... Ordered the same subs and only had half the meat and toppings. I always ordered them to go, so I never saw them until I got home. There was huge disappoint when we sat down and opened the packages. Now I pick dinner up at a different sandwich shop.

I called them 10 minutes after we opened and I was told a note would be left for the manager to call. Never got that call.
