I went to Jordan's 2/23/11. I noticed out front many signs advertising 1/2 off one dinner when you buy another dinner. I was told as we were pulling into the parking lot, that many restaurants do this when their business is suffering. Now after eating there I realize why. I was told by the waitress that the signs out front did not apply to any of the dinners I was interested in ordering. We sat a table that was set and ready for customers. There was crumbs and dried liquid (coffee or something) on the table. The hanging light lamp above the table was so bright (new energy saver light bulbs) that I had to squint and angle my head in order to see the person eating dinner with me. The upholstery in the booth was so scummy, stained and dirty, I removed my clothing as soon as I arrived at home and put them straight into the washer. I then took a shower. The mirrors around our booth and the restaurant had a thin white film and were splattered with who knows what. The silverware dirty. Two knives on the table had dried food on them and the rest of the silverware was thickly covered with water spots. I had asked for some steak sauce and the top opening of the bottle was so covered with dried up crusty steak sauce, I did not use it. WOW! I’m sure this place will not be open much longer to torture future dinners. YUK! I will not be back to this place for sure.

This restaurant is the best kept secret in the area nearest to DTW Metro Airport. I try to arrange my departure or arrival times so that I can catch a meal at Jordan's II. The food is incredible and the prices are SO reasonable I have no idea how they stay in business!!! Huge portions and I've never eaten an entree that wasn't top notch! Desserts are also very good. Tell all your friends, because I want to see them stick around. The atmosphere is rather unimpressive...but you don't eat the ambiance do you? Excellent food and great prices. What more could you ask for? STRONG RECOMMENDATION!
