STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE MANAGER!!! GO WHERE THEY APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS because this one definitely don't!!! I ordered a pizza today FEB 8TH 2013 they sent me the wrong one, arrived 1 hour and 25 minutes later and stone cold. not to mention that this is not the first time i have had problems with orders before but never complained but i decided i wanna do it this time because the pizza they sent me was INEDIBLE .when i called to complain to the manager who comes at 5 pm, I explained to her that i don't want free pizza or discounts i just want what i paid for and that this is not the first time i had problems, and i did mention that the one they sent me was completely inedible!!!! she was very rude told me there is nothing she can do for me because the person who took the order was not supposed to be answering phones and that i have to deal with it and hung up the phone on me!!! I called again she left me on hold for over 10 minutes, i got upset called again, the phone kept ringing and ringing for over 3 minutes with no one picking up, of course because they have caller ID and she did recognize my phone number, i kept calling but again no answer for 3 times in a row, so i decided to used a different phone and call her. when she answered the phone i recognized her voice and ask her if i can speak to the manager, she said the manager is busy, so i asked for the manager name she said we don't give names out, i said that's the first time i hear that in a business where u can not tell me the manager's first name, than all of the sudden she is now the manager (after denying that at first) and told me " I was gonna give you a five dollar coupon but u don't deserve it and i am gonna hang up the phone". I did not believe how rude and unprofessional she was. I contacted the upper management office in Ann Arbor, but I don't know if they care enough to take care of their poor store managers!! by the way check other reviews on yellow pages you will find that they have the same problem!! what a joke
