I am a long time customer of TAO YIN Restaurant. Generally speaking; the food & the service are better than
average, particularly for a restaurant that does a lot t of take out & delivery service.
There is usually not a problem with the food or the delivery service; although it has been as long as an
hour a half for delivery.
I am writing this review because TAO YIN has made serveral mistakes in this last month. We haven spent over
$100.00 in this last month. They have miss orders on two times that I was charged for; Have been out of OYSTERS the last 3 times that I have called & on 2 other occasions; did not add the Free Item that was
Requested. The Customer Communication & Service has been has been less than Satisfactory; this last Month.
