The customer service is horrible. I ordered 2 calzones , a greek salad, a club sandwich and onion rings. I was sent the wrong calzone and the other calzone hardly had any ingredients inside of it. The greek salad lettuce was brown on the edges, not fresh at all. The onio rings were cold.

I ordered the food on Monday and it is now Thursday, I have yet to receive customer service. I talked to Carmen several times and she has not returned my calls when she said she would. The manage is never there. All I want is what is due me! Either give me my money back or another calzone and salad.

It is not like I spent $50. A calzone is about 6 bucks. You need a manage to approve a replacement? Come on now. For good customer relationship, you can pay 6 bucks out of your own pocket!

Instead you will allow a dissatisfied customer to tell other customers not to patronize you! These problem should have been solved as soon as I made the complaint on Monday!

This is the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. My order was delivered wrong & the girl in charge refused to make it right. I will NEVER order from here again & will make sure to tell everyone I know as well.
