Melissa truly made my experience at the restaurant unforgettable with the amazing ambiance, delicious dishes like the salmon with pasta, calamari, and creamy pesto, all served in a cozy and charming atmosphere with friendly and attentive waitstaff - it's a neighborhood gem worth revisiting.

Amazing service

The manager is very rude. He has no customer service skills at all. I described the problem I had with the food, and the guy made no accommodations for me. He said, "you should have told the waiter less sauce if you didn't want that much sauce!" How was I to know that the veal plate would be covered in the equivalent of a bowl of sauce!!! Secondly, I told the waiter immediately after he came to the table to see how we liked the food, and he did nothing! The sauce should have enhanced the dish, not completely cover it and the rest of the plate. Then, I told him the veal was super thin and not even worth being the most expensive item on the menu, and he argued that it should be that way! At the end, the owner even said, "You don't know what the hell you are talking about... To be honest with you, I hope you don't come back here." Never an apology, compromise, or an offer to fix the problem!
